POCA Expert exists to provide rigorous, independent forensic accounting expert evidence in UK Proceeds of Crime Act and financial crime proceedings. Confiscation is one of the most financially consequential areas of criminal law. The expert evidence that informs confiscation orders must be irreproachable, whether instructed by prosecution or defence.
We operate exclusively in POCA proceedings and related financial crime matters. Our work is grounded in Crown Court procedure, criminal lifestyle provisions, and the analytical techniques required to establish and challenge benefit and available amount figures under cross-examination.
